Big-picture view of users finances
first direct aimed to provide its customers with enhanced visibility and control over their finances, including data-driven insights and tools like budget-setting. To accommodate this, first direct planned to create a new section within the app which would serve as the go-to-place for all of the customers’ financial insights - The insights hub.
Online banking 2.0 - A bold makeover
The first direct online banking website had become outdated and was in need of a refresh. I lead the design for this project, working closely with the product owners and developers to created a more modern and responsive solution.
